Thank you for shopping at Nuva Pearl. We’re committed to offering you exquisite, handcrafted pearl jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, tags, etc.)

  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return:
Please email our team at returns@nuvapearl.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item

Exchanges

Need a different size, style, or want to exchange a gift? We're happy to help, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@nuvapearl.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email returns@nuvapearl.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will prioritize your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund where appropriate.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing may take a few days)

  3. Still no refund? Contact us at returns@nuvapearl.com

Return Address

Our return shipping address will be provided via email once your return request is approved. Please do not send items back to the warehouse address listed on your package without prior authorization.
